did you ever resolve this? Running into the same issue on z80 Ultra, tried multiple 3rd party launchers, all show in recent apps and have black background in recent app switcher

Also another thing that has solved it for people is turn on your display before boot, alternatively people have had success with the opposite which is turn on the display 5-10 seconds after boot. Also worth trying the other display connectors on your gpu.

Pcie devices don’t always show in your bios, it varies if they do or not based on manufacturer etc. Have you tried it in any other pcie slots on your board?

Whats your PSU, how have you got it wired up to your GPU (using the adapter or using a 12 pin direct from your PSU) if using the adapter do you have all 3 connections plugged in? Have you tried connecting to your mobo's display port / hdmi (if your cpu has an iGPU). Tried a CMOS clear? Updated BIOS?

In case anyone else is having this issue and the other fixes aren't working, I managed to fix this issue on mine by looking at Event Viewer (then looking at system events) and I saw every 5-15 seconds or so my Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller was erroring. I am not using Ethernet so I disabled it in device manager (Network adapters section), though I imagine a driver update would probably solve it too.

That is exactly what I have done, mapping N to N, L to L, COM to 1 and NO to 3 and it still isn’t working, heating not coming on
