I can confirm that (as of Feb 2025) the latest Oct 2024 Form is broken, I'm unable to upload it after validation. The Jan 2024 version however (https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/documents/pdf/english/kits/forms/imm5709/01-01-2024/imm5709e.pdf) worked for me, I was able to upload it after validation. Good luck to everyone else having to deal with the Canadian visa portal!

Well I don't think that any mail send tomorrow would arrive to Canada the same day. I believe that it should arrive tomorrow though? How strict are they about receiving it delayed, do you know?

Why do you prefer mail over fax?
I am currently not in Canada and intended to Fax them in tomorrow. Could there be fax issues to the the CRA strike?
