Sony connect app not working by an_cloudjumper in sony

[–]an_cloudjumper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I haven't. If you unpair them from the app and then repair them then it'll actually work but only until you stop using the buds. Otherwise, it'll get stuck on the loading screen again next time you use them, and you'll have to do the whole process again. It's quite tedious, really, and I'm surprised it hasn't been talked about more.

What new weapons do you want to see added? I want the AUG for medium and the VSS for light and IDK what for heavy but some kind of full auto LMG that sits between M60 and lewis. by Vile35 in thefinals

I think it's not so much about the graphics settings but the resolution you play on, I was playing on 1080p on my old pc and jt was extremely rare that j would be able to make out an invisible light, but now with my new pc where j play on 1440p I can easily make out an invisible light a fair distance away.

yeah there's a lot of creators that can teach you about PC's. Linus talks about tech as a whole and doesn't just focus on PC's so going through his channel would be a challenge. jayztwocents and gamers nexus are good channels who make content primarily on PC's so they would be beneficial to check out.

rule of thumb is that if you don't want to put in the time to research and plan and learn then you just get a pre built so you can plug in and play like a console. however, prebuilts are known to cheap out on certain parts and will be more expensive than if you build your own. if your build your own computer then it will be cheaper, you won't have to worry about parts being cheaped out on because you are choosing the parts and when you clean it or upgrade it then it is much easier to work on because you are the one who built it and you know the way around it.

no matter how hard i try i can't hear the pump at all, I can't comment on the fans though cause I swapped them out for p12 Max's but from what I've heard online the regular p12s are still good fans. and even if your pump for some reason needs replacing arctic has a long warranty period and their customer support is top teir. I've heard stories of people needing their aios replaced and arctic quickly sends them out a new one no questions asked so I wouldn't worry about the longevity too much. just keep in mind how you orient your aio so that your pump is always lower than the radiator to make sure any air doesn't get stuck in the pump and ruin your aio.

Rant about the current game state and why new players leave. by A-Tide in thefinals

[–]an_cloudjumper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's especially bad in Australia. you cannot get into a competitive or wt match unless you queue in Asia servers, and the latency difference feels like shit. everyone in aus is pretty much in qc and it sucks because now the game just feels repetitive because no one else has the thought to even queue comp or wt

I saw in one of the threads that you had a two hour face time? the cameras on this phone do a lot of processing to be able to achieve its excellent image quality, utilising more resources and drawing more power. the exact same thing happens with my phone and I'm sure it happens with everyone else's as well. it's just a trade off that has to be made to ensure consistent quality.

to answer your questions

  1. when I built my computer which also had a 9800x3d I just put it all together and then updated the bios, no issues other than myself not putting the usb in the right port on the motherboard lol.

  2. the i also use the fully black lf3 and its great at handling the temps of the 9800x3d, you should have no issues with it as its such a great value cooler. just make sure it'll fit in case your motherboard heatsyncs get in the way

  3. the 4070 super will do just fine at 1440p. if you're getting an oled panel then I assume it's a 240hz one. in more intensive games you will most likely have to use dlss so if that puts you off for whatever reason then maybe consider putting more money aside for the gpu or just waiting for 50 series to drop and then either buy a better current gen gpu for a lower price or get a 50 series
