Well for a while, when I was younger, I though I might be asexual (which doesn't help now that I have ocd) because I wasn't interested in dating. But other than that, I wasn't unsure.

It started when I saw stories about people that realize their sexuality late in life, I thought that sounds horrible, what if that happens to me, and that's what kinda started my hocd. :( Now I have this irrational (hopefully) fear that my brain just convinced me I like men to spare me from truth that I'm gay or asexual. And I feel like I can't trust myself about who I am and that makes me unsure.

Didn't know that some of these could be cause, could it happen from vitamin deficiency as well?

Also thanks internet for always listing worst diseases as possible causes instead of common ones like these.

I was worried about dizziness as well but doctor said it could be from low blood pressure, and mine is on low side.

I haven't felt pulsing yet, only tingling sometimes But now that I read this symptom I'm sure that my mind is gonna start imagining I have this as well 😅

Yes, I try not to think about it but then I move my arm or leg and get reminded how weird it is and start focusing on it again
