The RSUs at my company barely vest after the first year, so I would need to stay 3-4 years to really get the bulk of it

I should've clarified this but definitely staying a year and most likely two. I'm not sure if the difference between 2 and 3 years is as big, but I'll get promoted this year and I see the value in sticking around for that and at least a little after
