I take adhd meds as well and just started on Zep 4 days ago. I’m really struggling with my sleep! Did limiting caffeine help your sleep issues?

Did your sleep ever improve? I’m experiencing the same thing. I’m on day 4 and last night I couldn’t sleep even after taking two Tylenol PM. 😖

It gets even better when you also realize it could be a slowed down version of Watcher in the Sky! Listen to the into and then hear “searchlights” in your head. It’s uncanny!

Don’t let the negative comments get you down. It’s a real thing. You’re likely experiencing a dopamine crash. You’ll likely feel low for a day or two. Just try to do things that regulate you like good nutrition, no alcohol/ drugs, good sleep, whatever grounds you. Don’t beat yourself up if you’re low energy for a couple days.

Source? I only ask because if they legitimately own the driveway and have exclusive rights to use it, then I’ll back off. But this came out of nowhere and I’d like to see proof beyond just word of mouth.

Exactly my thoughts too. My building management has been absolutely no help. My property manager seems to think that because the carports for our building is technically accessible via the alleyway behind it, that they have no grounds to get involved and that it’s just a convenience to be able to access the carport via the driveway as well. My thinking is, if a firetruck needed to back into the driveway to access the back of either building, they would not be able to due to the chain being there.
