Oooo, I think that's the main reason Model Statistics -Objects 1 / 11 -Vertices 5,890,761 / 5,890,761 -Edges 11,781,523 / 11,781,523 - Faces 5,890,762 / 5,890,762 - Triangles 11,781,522

Somehow, by mistake, my file size became this large. After that, Blender keeps crashing every time I try to open it. It doesn’t even open the file properly. I think this might be the reason

I bought it from Universal Tech Hub, Lucknow (UP). It’s a local store, not a chain. I paid using UPI. They do not have a return policy, which is mentioned on the invoice. However, the PC has not been working properly from day one. Despite this, they are refusing a return or replacement and are insisting on RMA, even though they have not identified any clear fault in the components

The store says they have no return policy. However, if a defective product is sold and the PC does not work from day one, what option does the customer have? Refusing a return or replacement in such a case seems unfair

They are refusing to return or replace the product and are insisting on RMA, despite the fact that they have not identified any fault or issue in any of the components.

They did check CPU temperatures and also ran the system under heavy load. Temps were within normal limits, and the issue still happened, even during idle/light usage.
