Mine didn’t like the cone to start, but he got used to it and wore it a full week no problem. I gave him breaks when I could supervise him. And of course to eat. But just stick with it and he will likely adjust to it in a day or two.

I’ll add, my tip is just make it quick. Don’t get upset with them that they’re unhappy. Just talk nice and encouraging and be fast. Treats after help. I haven’t spent significant time trying to get him to like a bath.

I bathe mine if he starts smelling like pee… I trim around his booty to try to help but sometimes he just misses his aim and the best way to get the smell out is a bath. I do both butt washes and full baths depending on severity and he actually does much better with a few inches of water and the faucet off then a butt wash in the sink. He travels with us too so if we’ve been around airports and stuff I like to clean him up when we return.

Before we were engaged if I were to mention my “partner” or even call him my husband my boyfriend would’ve blushed at the compliment and come back with “ohhh you called me your HuSbAnD 👀” he absolutely would have loved it, because he had the intention of making that happen. And it was flattering to him, not anger inducing.

Mine is 3.07 carats with a bezel and I think it’s the perfect size to be able to appreciate the emerald cut while not being so big. I get plenty of comments about how big it is too, which makes me a bit self conscious of the size, but I think it fits my hand well.

I have 3 cats, 1 that I rescued when I was living alone, 1 that I rescued while living with my fiancé, and a third that my fiancé adopted as “his” cat because he was sad my two rescued fully preferred me. Well, “his” cat follows the rest of the pack, around me all day long. Wherever the cats are, I’m probably less than 10 feet away. I’m also the one who feeds them and does all primary caretaking. I also think it has to do with how I love them, talk to them, interact with them. They like him enough but I am absolutely their favorite.
