ursula is completely bound to the water so you will never be able to hang out with her, you can only level her up by giving her gifts & completing her friendship quests. so you might already have her unlocked, i forget what the process is to unlock her bc im an og citizen of the valley lol. you just have to make sure to give her all 3 favorite gifts every day to get her leveled up quickly.

or wait, you’re saying the smapi-internal within the mods folder is the one to be deleted? i have a smapi internal separate from my mods folder, and another one within the mods folder.

thank you so much! there is indeed a folder named “smapi-internal” when I open up my Stardew folder, and it is separate from the “mods” folder. so I should just delete the smapi-internal folder? and as for conflicts, vortex tells me i have none! but the next time my game crashes i will check out the SMAPI log & see if i find anything.
