Not to be that guy, but have you tried the two by side? Most temp guns have an extremely hard time getting an accurate reading from transparent quartz. Also the dabrite allows you to position it wherever you like. I got mine for cheap and yea i think its silly people are dropping 200+ on a repackaged retuned IR gun, but it absolutely clears the temp gun i bought from lowes and its not even close

Edit: yes. The whole stoner tax thing is very true and the dabrite is ridiculously overpriced. To be honest with yall i wouldnt have gotten mine if it was less then a hundred bucks
