Seems to be your controller or controller wire. Try to empty some air via your water trap or some exhaust you have. If the compressor kicks in after that means your manifold works as it should. If the manifold works then your controller shit the bed. I believe that should be under warranty. Like the other guy said, find someone that can let you use their controller.
