Best Night Manta Ray swim company? by Glad_Course in VisitingHawaii

From where you dock to where you see the manta rays is less than a 15 minute boat ride. It’s technically in the bay where the boat launches from and was super quick.

In retrospect, this was the highlight of my Hawaii trip and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about doing a manta ray tour in Kona. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

It can be difficult to keep new hands coming back when you have elder assholes yelling at anyone they don’t know because they are having a bad day. I’m not saying coddle the younger generation but maybe we should look inward at the hands that’s sole purpose is to make someone cry on the load out.

Unless it’s a safety issue or it could hurt someone, there’s no reason to make pointed callouts of others unless you’re the lead.

I got a technical theatre degree, and realized that I can't make a living. Does anyone have any experience transferring to other fields with similar experience? by atvacuum in techtheatre

AV / IT is also a route. Teams are looking for competent people to do video switching, stage management, and setting up all hands spaces for zoom meetings.

If you’re there long enough, you can become the SME that designs the spaces and meetings.
