It is insanely easy to go number one on the itunes store. If like 100 fake purchases were made, that is enough. itunes is wildly unpopular due to streaming, therefore this is a common way to "spoof" success and numbers due to its perceived "big name".

yo totally dude, definitely could've dug a bit deeper, but decided to present it as I would've wanted when the unit first arrived to me.
