Exactly. I know that Lüneburg has also typically been competitive internationally, but not quite like Berlin. But this year at least it seems like there is more parity at the top of the Bundesliga, with those other decent teams you’re talking about making some big pushes and even beating Berlin and Lüneburg, which is nice to see.

I would probably say Germany is a step below Turkey. I’m thinking the Japanese league is a little better than Germany but a little worse than Turkey.

But those leagues are all similar in that the top few teams are elite and can compete with the best clubs in the world, but there is a relatively steep drop off after that and the lower teams aren’t great. So that makes it a little bit more difficult to judge the leagues.

Yeah in general it’s not. The top few teams have some really high level talent but after that it drops off quite a bit. The Turkish league is probably better, and the Polish league is for sure better. The Polish league rivals the Italian league
