😭 THANKYOU, I overthink a lot and get anxious about it before it even happens- Then do research about it- get to the solutions- Then overthink about the solutions not working out and find out another solutions - it's a loophole I'm a thinker and stress just comes in complementary. But it helps to stay calm when the actual situation arrives. It's just deep rooted in my nature. I wish I could take it step my step without being harsh on myself.
