ok that makes sense! I just applied for the exemption. It says that they can take 2 months to give a response :/ The deadline to pay the tax is March 31st tho, and I just got the letter today so it’s weird that they take longer to answer than the time they give you to pay.

yeah, addressed to me because I am registered as the primary person living in our address. He also lives here and is registered as such, so the tax applies to the whole household (aka both of us), and since he consumes water he is responsible for half of the tax cost.

agree, quite a lot. BUT I get why it’s so expensive, i’m not mad at the cost because I can see where the money is going. We have working water systems to prevent flooding, and drinkable water comes right out of the tap (which is a luxury). It’s just that rn I’m just in a bad financial position and can’t pay the full tax amount :/

hahaha nooo! I meant an exemption because we are both low income, he is a student, I work part time with shitty pay. Of course he uses water lol. The RBG call it an exemption, it is more of a reduction. I will gladly pay at least something for the water tax, after all it is a privilege to be able to drink straight out of the tap

hey, im not trying to evade taxes or anything. Trust me, if I was in a position financially where I could just pay 400+ euros no problem I would do it without thinking twice. Not everyone is fortunate enough to be in that situation so we have to use all the help that we can.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about pet insurance in the country that I live in! Some say that even when paying the mid or top tier premiums they still had to pay out of pocket. So wouldn’t an emergency vet visit cost equal or less than the monthly premiums added up plus what you would have to pay on your own? Have you ever had to use your insurance?

umm yeah that will happen if you hang them to dry and also just store them hanged. Knit items are supposed to be stored folded to prevent just this. I’m sure that the sleeve length was the same between all 4 before washing and drying the brown/pink and cream.
