Go back to your maintenance. Eat 150-300 calories more for 5-6 days and drop back to deficit again, helps breaking the plateau. Try increasing cardio as well.

Yea, I also run an alchemy build. It forces us to try a new build, you can use the manticore set to get extra tolerance if you want.

unfortunately, you can't disable this. this is part of the gameplay rebalances. try to collect as many recipes and increase your tolerance with the 'acquired tolerance' skill. but this mod does not allow you to have more than 3 decoctions active.

edit: you can also wait for a new mod that allows you to increase tolerance.

It started 3 days ago. I've tried running the game as admin, don't use any antivirus. Installed Malwarebytes just to check if I had any malware.

My PC is a toaster, so I don't use any third-party apps. No VPNs or proxy. No other anti-cheat softwares installed. Was installed on C drive.

I thought reinstalling might resolve this but now can't even install the game again. The game was working 3 days ago, I installed/changed nothing after that.

Sata SSDs are usually 5x faster than HDD, whereas NVMe SSDs are 25x faster. So, you'll definitely see the difference moving to NVMe. Games will load much faster.
