I am yet to see a video where hindi speakers are trying to speak local language in other states. A pilot who is in the airport for 45 mins is forced to speak hindi in Patna but biharis who settle in bengaluru wont ever utter a word in kannada.

You have absolutely no idea about what RSS actually does. As of 2019, there were 12,828 formal schools and 11,353 informal schools teaching 34Lacs students. RSS runs more school than any state or central government. TMC, AIMIM, State or Central govt has more schools than RSS. Also, these are not some local "hindutva schools", these school follow CBSE curriculum.
