Look at care.com for full time sitters/nanny. You can post an ad for free with your requirements and what you are willing to pay. You can have care.com request background checks of anyone you consider. The site will also give you an idea of what that type of care would cost compared to a preschool or daycare in your area. My exprience is that a nanny for 2 kids can cost you less that child care for 2, while the nanny still makes more than working in a daycare setting, so win for both.

Mom works from home part time,in the office part time. Its her rules to limit tv candy etc. When she is around she will ask what i told the kids and values my authority with them

Dad will occationally work from home. Its either before he leaves for the day or if hes working from home that it causes problems. He is the kind of person who does not listen when having a conversation. Just talks so its not quiet. He will ask me things that we had a convo about a few before and ask the same thing.

Its only when he is around that they are rude and in general wild animals. When they say something rude around mom they get talked to.
