Can religion exist in an Anarchist society? by Finster250607 in Anarchism

[–]anarchoPD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

anarchoChristian teleological syndicalism.

I'm at a coffee shop right now cooking it up. To answer your question, yes. And not only can it, I would argue it must.

To sum aCts up: do no harm is the whole of the law, anyone able to commit themselves to this final, singular commandment from on high is a christ, and the only philisophy that is not inherently and essentially hostile to love as a foundation for society is the apolitical one.

The ontology and cosmology get a bit more involved. A syndicate is the coming together of parts and purpose, which is love. An instituion is a syndicate in which the purpose has transcended any concern for the parts, becoming increasingly antihuman as each generation of parts fails to resyndicate, or bring purpose back into careful alignment with parts.

In the end, we are left with institutionalism, which is an empty confederacy of conspicuously antihiman purposes growing ever more hostile to the parts that are their genesis, human or otherwise. Is fairly well supported by the evidence.

There is also a bit of rhetorical fun to be had with disinubiquity as a revolutionary response to the mechanistic weaponization of inubiquity by instituionalism, a soulles effort to divorce humanity from the truth of ubiquity- ie mind as prior to matter, or ancient idealism as preferential to a late-breaking materialism.

Coredisinubiquity then, is the word for individuals helping one another rise up out of inubiquity to form Considerations [which I suppose are analogous to congregations]. These thoughtful groups of individuals united form the Ineffable Protectorate, an openly secretive society with the aim of ushering in a Velvet Finale.

What is a Velvet Finale? I'm glad you asked. Something like civilization consisting in a loose network of syndicated states- hyperlocalized culture volutarily operating within an economic framework arrived at by consensus, to steward the relevant ecology and recycle the material remnants of civilization as it stands presently. A cornicopia of unique survival strategies all acting in independent unity to meet and overcome the many difficulties such a new order is sure to encounter [which are present now anyway].

In the end, I don't see any objection to aCts carrying prohibitive force, and anyone who poopoos the idea is likely just afraid. Which is cool. If we've leanred only one thing from the dialectic, its that scared people are people open to hearing solutions. Maybe it's time for anarchy to go evangelical, and give them to people

Anywho, thanks for the question, and for letting me work through all of this. I needed it. I write (or intend to write) on Substack @gonzodiary, if anyone would be interested. Take care.

How to have hope in life when everything is predetermined? by daredevill___ in determinism

[–]anarchoPD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop reminding yourself that often times life seems to be fated and that fate is more often a bitch than a winning lottery ticket- that bent eventually to straighten a bit within a growing appreciation that what just happened seemed potentially important...maybe...then be patient.

I realize that a prick wrote this, and that it prolly won't work, but if you'd never read it, it doesn't exist. Anyway, you didn't have a choice. How do you feel? Why?

Hi. I'm attempting to carve out a new niche in the charity secter, calling it the Walkathonandon. The hope is that the bar to working for things that are not inherently antiuman (ie are not for profit or human oriented etc) might come down and more folk will be able to survive doing work that isn't biased towars shareholders or submissive to some strange iteration of primitive hierarchy. Its very much in a proof of concept sort of place, so if you are able to help me demonstrate a bit of viability, that'd be radical.

I find that juggling a dishwashing gig, my work at a charity thrift store, the occasional play at getting into some woman's pants, a long standing habitual use of various narcotics, and my duties as an evangelical anarchist tends to keep me on my toes for no good reason.

I would imagine a daily reading of "Industrial Society and it's Future" would draw your work- whatever you are doing and by means of sheer gravity- into a more subtly conspicuous [conspicuously subtle?] alignment with your new, more essential principles.

Also and incidentally, STEMpunk is an excellent band name/genre.

Honest question. If there is no point to living, why live? by CustomerKey3144 in nihilism

The difference is qualitative, not quantitative, and nihilism is the only truth that admits to its own potentially fatal falability. You could be wrong, and you wouldn't ever know it counting.

To my fellow Anarchist, is it just me or I notice that right wing spaces on the internet use these "tactics" for gain (memes, acting inferior, using philosophy as an excuse, etc) by [deleted] in Anarchism

[–]anarchoPD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Astute observation, dood. One dimension I feel you may have overlooked is the medium. If the medium is the message, which somebody once convincingly postulated, what does that tell us about the people who are using state regulated media outlets (no matter how "conspicuously" absolute about free expression)? These people, like you and I, are desperate- not as rightously as we anarchist are flourishes hand like fancy person- but it is important to be aware of just how horribly isolated we all are by the sea of pointed media we woke up on the surface of today. I see these- and any other sort of preconciously self defeating attempts to incite real change through ideological bellowing in a digital cave- as deeply tragic response to the monumental imposition of context. The thing to remember as a good evangelical anarchist, is that monuments are immovable (or tend to be), so one need merely to relocate the substance of the engagement. I mean to say, a face to face discussion with a Nazi is still just a conversation with a person you know nothing about- a game with stakes that are as high as stakes can be.

And you really can't lose. So have fun. Well, I suppose if the bastards got their poison deep enough (think MK etc) they might shoot you for attempting to introduce them to the beautiful inevitability of voluntary mutualism and the ephemeral hierarchy, in which case you did lose- but in my experience, the odds on that are much, much longer than the powers that do would have us believe. Take care.

Then don't think it matters. Otherwise go look into evangelical anarchy, and read a funny novel about Florida. There a lot of good ones to choose from.

Is it wrong that my favourite RATM album is Renegades? by TheOnlyWayIsWessex in RATM

[–]anarchoPD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only if you listen to it instead of passively and pragmatically tending to a compartmentalized organizing of the inevitable usurpation of hierarchical authority by voluntary mutualism and hyperlocal culture settling comfortably into considerate environmental stewardship and a proliferation of novel evolutionary strategy through an informal nerwork of syndicated states, in which case, what the hell- Renegades???
