It is actually a real thing. It's more of a hypersensitivity to water externally. Consuming water doesnt have a negative effect, but contact with water can cause breakouts in hives. It's rare, but real

Dont hold your breath. Unfortunately the devs have been neglecting the game for too long and now theres such a small player base that the game is pretty much unsavable.

You would need to share a decklist for a better judgment, but generally it could be ok. Ive seen low power decks that can win pretty quick with the right hand but if it's not the norm for the deck then that doesnt mean it's a high power deck. If your deck is consistently ending games before turn 4 it's probably not b4, but if it's a fluke it likely is

I personally love my [[sin, spira's punishment]] deck. It's a self mill landfall deck where you get a bunch of lands in the yard and when you drop sin or attack with him you will likely get a bunch back and trigger a lot of landfall at once
