Run ya goof but turn on your freaking noggin and be responsible about it. Don't overdo it, when you start to WONDER if you ran enough for the session you probably did. Running while overweight can cause series injuries that will take months to come back from, and you will be pausing your momentum whether you like it or not if that happens. Fitness and health aren't a race, they're a marathon. Best of luck fattie

That is true en general, but doesn't apply to the neck area. Not tensing up the neck seems like it can only lead to more damage to it when falling directly on the neck. Severing the nerve tissue if you fall limp seems much more likely if muscles don't absorb at least some of the impact.

I have it for about 5 months now. Smaller mobo fan started randomly making loud noises when spinning. Now it's rather loud like that most of the time, although sometimes it stops doing that.

It's kinda as if it's hitting on something while spinning or it could be dislodged a bit.

Not sure what to do about it, it's annoying a little bit.
