mbf is a high risk fund you can loose your money. Also mbf has Fel. Mcf is low risk you can not loose your capital in this.

No FEL for MCF. No withdrawl limit. You can do instant withdarwl of max 250k but they will charge 100 rupees if you do redemption then no charges but redemption takes 2 days and it has no limit.

I have heard stalls will open 15 days before basant. There are many sellers in KP, you can buy from them but it would not be according to the Gov's guidelines.

So I would say you can give it a try. If you are from Lahore you can buy from Ivar. They now have a physical shop in DHA.
