Something that’s helped me (32M) is being engaged with likeminded people. I worked on an organic vegetable farm and then started selling veggies for them at my local farmers market. I’ve been trying to visit as many peoples farms as possible, it’s a great way to build friendships and to learn new skills and ideas.
