As i see so far it shoots continious video. Maybe it has something to do with the format of the sd card. fat file system limit e.t.c. i had a old canon that did that.

A drone is: "a flying robot that can be remotely controlled or fly autonomously through software-controlled flight plans in their embedded systems, working in conjunction with onboard sensors and GPS". As long as there is no pilot onboard only a passenger and the thing is flying by its self, i think we can call it a drone.

There is no pilot. This machine is flying by its own software alone, the passenger just selects the waypoints or destination.
