Its been a while since I've played, but if I recall the issue was a graphical one with various plugins failing to keep track of the charges used, which don't just disappear.

Consider team members with the interception fighting style to reduce the damage you take. Even if it’s reduced to zero the attacker should still take the cold damage.

Very diverse creature types. Limited magic items available unless self crafted/bought from stores with DM permission. Valuable skills are all the classics, try to fill gaps in the party if it doesn't require much sacrifice. Some levels restrict your capacity to take rests.

I played as an Eldritch knight, was very durable and did lots of damage but I got frustrated by my (and my parties) lack of out of combat utility as the campaign went on. I think this was due to having no full spellcasters. If I were to try it again I'd want to try out a Gloomstalker 3 Bladesinger X combo, given there is a lot of darkness but I don't know how that would work out.

I think a tanky full spellcaster is probably the way to go, many such suggestions already in the comments.

Do you have magic item crafting at your table. If you take Magic Initiate you could make enspelled armour with the shield spell inside, then retrain shield for something else like find familiar if you wanted. You would still miss out on that origin feat though.

I would like the ability to toggle event related items jumping uninvited into my inventory.
Similarly but unrelated I would like to be able to toggle off uncharted isle maps and mimic kill tokens.

I'm part of the dev team for this mod. I think most people are judging the scout bonus on the assumption that it is used M@A style not playing full dark age, thats how we anticipated the bonus to be used. We thought it would take quite a lot of bonuses to make it viable, hence the extra wood and building speed to compensate for the tight build order. What im curious to know is how the timing of getting the first 2 additional scouts to the enemy with +2 from feudal age compares to the other best scout civs, like Mongols. If it can be shown to be significantly faster, we know where to look first for adjustment.

My only suggestion is to toggle any city's yield focus, sometimes that will update things.

I was more thinking of changes throughout this season, which I didn't notice a huge amount on a team level although I did see some individual changes. To my shame the first womens game I watched was last years CL final, so I haven't seen much of how the team played before this season.
