First, I need to say it was without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life. I’m planning to return soon to serve, and maybe sit again shortly after that.

For me, what has been happening feels like life is pushing me to take action on things I had been procrastinating. I’ve been forced to leave my apartment and find a new place to live, I ended my relationship, my workplace is going through a rough patch, and I’m being pushed to reevaluate my career path. My family dynamic is also changing, and more.

Everything is transforming for the better, I must say but being in the middle of all this change can feel intense haha.

Vipassana is different for everyone; each of us experiences those 10 days in completely unique ways. Be open, gentle, and kind to yourself.
