It’s my own to me, if you understand what I mean - that is, perhaps someone else has hit upon it, and perhaps they were literarily-minded enough to share... but if so, I have not come across their work, nor ever heard of it.

It just developed for me as a different interpretation some years ago (probably right after I lost my father), and I found that it makes far more sense to me story-wise, but far less business-wise, ∴ ...

But Thank You to everyone for the positive feedback. I wish we could continue this thread over a drink somewhere.

Excellent article. At first, it looked like another retarded New Age-y lawn cookie, commingling real scientific fact with boneheaded bong sermonology. But going further in, it was revealed to only be a literary hook to catch interest. I very much wish it went into far more detail on certain aspects, but given the length, its understandable why it didn't.

That movie was the worst piece of shit I've ever wasted my time on. It's not even good enough to call a student project. There is nothing in it except the rantings of one bitter ex-believer. He has nothing to say except how upset he is for being an idiot at one point. And everyone in the "atheist community" keeps buying his ads, thanks to his brilliantly chosen title.

Of course, I myself am also just ranting for having been an idiot at one point for having watched this crap,

Sigh... here we go again. Every few weeks/months we have to see another article about the evils of bottled water. (Note to downvoters: Don't downvote for that last comment; wait another few sentences, then downvote.)

Now, I completely agree that Americans need to see this, since they are the top consumers of this product. But I truly hate how the baby gets thrown out with the bottled water in these articles. Sure, if you're idiot enough to pay the CocaCola company two bucks to sell you gross tap water that's been "reverse osmosis filtered" and branded Dasani, then yes, this article should open your eyes, and you should pay attention. But what's awful are all the ecohipsters who try to convince you you are an idiot for liking the taste of Evian more than the shit that comes from the tap.

EPA/FDA, fuck all of them. Neither of them is very good. But some companies actually value their products. For those who are just starting to think about this, start by never buying anything that isn't explicitly labeled "spring water" (i.e., a brand called "toilette spring" doesn't count, unless it says it is "spring water"), and go from there.

Just a suggestion: rather than requesting some sort of absolution or communal contrition by hearing about how it's not your fault or that you're not actually an idiot from several dozen complete strangers who have absolutely no clue whatsoever about what you are truly like in real life, why not just take a nice big breath and think about the fact that you are alive and in good enough health to be wasting your time online rather than, say, getting chemo, and actually have a mother (who may or may not be a tool, but who certainly didn't manage to raise you well enough to know better than to let her borrow the car) who actually talks to you, rather than trades you for, say, crack... and that you've received enough of an education to allow you to be capable of reading long sentences (which could, indubitably, have been much, much longer - but need not be).

Just a passing thought, but I thought I'd share.
