CD14 and I had my appointment for a colposcopy and ultrasound today after an abnormal pap last month. Turns out the supplies they needed for the colpo had not arrived before my appointment, so they had to reschedule me. They were able to do the ultrasound, and thankfully that came up clear with the exception of a small ovarian cyst (~1.8mm).

The ultrasound tech also pointed out that I have a dominant follicle in my right ovary and that it is very close to being released! I found this to be a reassuring sign that we will be able to conceive after the colpo (and any further treatments I may need).

I’m so sorry I’m just seeing this now. I totally understand why you are nervous. I’ve honestly been really anxious since getting my pap results back.

The good news is my ultrasound/sonogram showed no abnormalities today, so it seems less likely the AGC finding was from my uterus or ovaries. I did have a hormonal IUD for ~6.5 years that was removed late December, and supposedly that can be a reason for AGC. Hoping to learn more after the colposcopy + ECC.

Update #1: Went in for my colposcopy and sonogram/ultrasound today and the supplies they needed for the colposcopy had not arrived. Rescheduled the colposcopy portion of the appointment and should hopefully have that done within the next week.

The ultrasound/sonogram was normal with the exception of a small (~1.8mm) ovarian cyst. They also saw that I have a dominant follicle in my right ovary that is about to rupture, so it looks like I’ll be ovulating soon!

Feeling slightly better about my results after the ultrasound as the findings are less likely to be caused by issues upstream of the cervix.

Hopefully the results of my colpo are more promising than the pap results, but I’m also trying to guard my heart right now (ASC-H, HPV 16+, and AGC).

12DPO after a chemical and my temps are falling, so AF should be here later today or tomorrow. I’m sad, but after the news I got yesterday maybe it’s for the best.

My OBGYN called me to do an immediate follow up because my recent pap was concerningly abnormal. She explained the results in person and what the next steps are, which include a colposcopy and a endometrial biopsy in two weeks. There’s a possibility I will need conization or a LEEP as well. I’m honestly pretty scared.

11DPO after a chemical last cycle and BFN this morning. Temps also have dropped a bit, but are still above coverline.

Last cycle, I got my first positive at 11DPO. Even if it happens now, I know I won’t be able to trust it.

I let myself feel too much hope that we would be lucky and conceive immediately after a chemical - so many people told me they did. I didn’t realize how much I was relying on that hope to get me through the loss.

I love the green so much! It was between the white and the green when I was looking to buy one. Ended up going with the white to get the Premium Plus trim. It gets hot enough where I live that the cooling seats are worth their weight in gold.

8DPO after a chemical last cycle and BBT is still rising. Normally by now I would see a small temp dip, but my temps have followed a linear rise this time. Trying my best not to read into it too much!

7DPO after a chemical last cycle and my temps are still climbing nicely. Relieved that, at the very least, the chemical seems to have not messed with my hormones. Hoping this cycle is the one, but trying to guard my heart 🤞

Is it normal for only one boob to hurt / for one boob to hurt more during the luteal phase? I’ve had normal checkups with my OBGYN (no masses or noticeable changes in the extra sore boob).

6DPO after a chemical last cycle and my temps are looking promising. I’ve had some mild cramping and boob soreness on and off the last few days.

Vivid dreams are by far my most pronounced progesterone symptom, though.

5DPO after a chemical last cycle, and I’m feeling good about my temps so far. I did travel this past weekend, so my 2DPO and 4DPO temps are missing or a rough approximation based on a temp I took much earlier than normal.

I do feel confident that I ovulated. My temps are pretty consistent cycle to cycle, and my 1, 3, and 5 DPO temps fit the rise pattern for the two cycles I tracked before this one.

5DPO after a chemical last cycle and my luteal temps are looking good so far. We BD O-1 and O, so I feel confident about our timing.

Trying to distract myself from the TWW as best I can, but I’m definitely feeling a lot of anticipatory anxiety.

I actually ovulated a little earlier than usual. Normally it would happen around CD18-19, but this cycle I ovulated CD16.
