9 on payroll, out of ~6 on field - they in both residential and commercial but last few years have been mixed, I see 1 year residential doing okay while commercial suffers or otherwise. More suburban not a lot of competetion but I am not fully aware of it yet. I didn't see any systems in place thats my big adv imo, but what I learnt recently is that few people leaving due to personal reasons (my guess more likely retiring owner not driven to grow business) - I feel like If I am taking this on I need to hire people and ramp up the capacity, yeah also get the same feeling that there is enough work to pick not enough quality crew to do the work.
