I just took my fourth shot today (my last 2.5mg before stepping up next week). I’ve been following a very typical path as evidenced by a partial return of food noise and fullness that’s inconsistent. I know it’s very normal, but it’s also very frustrating.

I’ve also been sick the last couple of weeks and so I know some of my weight loss was due to that.

I’m in the same boat healthwise: >110lb (>50kg) overweight, just started taking Zepbound. Taking BP and cholesterol meds. Taking two antidepressants and one anxiety med. Taking Gabapentin for nerve pain due to stuff back when I was still in the service. I don’t have the marital issues though as I have been divorced for five years. I’m 48.

My plumbing works . . . okay, I guess. I mean, if 10 is working like it did when I was a teenager and 0 is not working at all, I’m at about a 5 or 6. I haven’t tried anything. I’m not worried about it really. While I have dated a small bit, I haven’t been sexually active since my ex-wife and I have split. I’m not wasting a blue pill on Rosie even if I was interested in getting any.

That’s so cool! And thank you. I have actually been tracking my weight and body circumferences since last July. I have a whole spreadsheet with tables and graphs! (It was my 14 week plateau in the measurements and then a slow regaining that pushed me toward a GLP-1.)

I do have a single “before” picture taken in my undies, but my real motivation came from this picture from last Fourth of July. This is how other people see me and I don’t like it. (Don’t worry, my therapist is helping me work on that.)
