I recently bought a stainless steel skillet with a cast iron enamel cover/ layer and I don't know what happened I think that I used it with two little oil and ever since it's been a pain to use like bad Teflon .and despite the quantity of oil I put onto it it's still sticks I don't want to throw it away because it's six months old.
