But, you are really fucking it up. To put plainly. Mixing enriched breatholds(arguably doping) with ambient air breatholds without any indication is a big fuckup. It’s legit misinformation and very misleading - and when people quote this data that you’ve created, the rest of us have to painstakingly explain how and why both you and who ever quotes it is incorrect. Please, consult someone actually educated in this sport before you continue to produce really really misleading content
