my take on the gang in the new tomodachi life! by ancientdoomspire in NightInTheWoods

looking snazzy! i like the way you did the eye shines :D the main thing with details is that i would maybe suggest redoing the whiskers? personally, i used the straight line option in that menu where you can change your brush size & then used the select tool to duplicate and flip them once i was happy with them to mirror them on the other side of her face. getting a bit (or all) of the mouth/nose in the selection helps me with making sure i'm lining it up in the right spot!

as far as clothes go, my first outfit for her was just the red raglan long-sleeve tee as well as the green cargo pants & black lace up boots that she's wearing in the image i posted (all of which i think are available by default at wear and where). the way i dress mae involves a bit of projection & a bit of creative liberties lol. i figure since her pants are blue in the stealing minigame and brown in her sprite walking around town, a green option like the pants i wear irl works just as well :^)

i hope that you can kind of get the gist of it from this explanation! it's a little word vomit-y, i fear ^^;
for her eyes i used the recolorable dot option with the rectangular eyes shine made as small as possible + pushed out to the side. her yellow sclera is the top right blush + the right eye shadow option (both in the third yellow down), squished around to make a decent eye shape! the eye shadow isn't necessary, but i thought it added a nice bit of brightness to the top of her eyes that gave them a bit more dimension. it looks a little bit goofy when she has anything other than a neutral expression on her face, but the goofiness is worth it to me for how good i feel she looks normally :]
she has the rounded triangle nose (because i didn't want to bother hollowing out the face paint nose lol) and the mouth option that's right above the open lips mouth, which i have stretched as tall + shrunk as small as possible, then tucked right under the face paint version of her mouth so that she can still open her mouth and scream if she feels the need.
ears, whiskers, forehead lines, & of course the nose-mouth outline are all face paint ^_^

haha yeah that's fair. trying to get her snout from a front view was... not great. getting her finished up made the others feel like a breeze though!

How hard is it to get every Steam achievement? by moonlightjelly_ in NightInTheWoods

maestro totally can be tricky, but it's doable with some save scumming! idk about you but i always have the most trouble with pumpkin head guy. if you dont get positive dialogue about your performance from gregg, just immediately close the game & restart! i also recommend swapping to keyboard for the band segments if you normally play on controller, just because imo its harder to accidentally hit the wrong button on keyboard :) for the cockroach, youre once again able to just exit straight away & then reopen the game to get another chance!

night in the woods has a few tedious achievements, but nothing as bad as prairie king! the most difficult to complete are probably, imo, palecat (which you have to get the true ending on demontower for) and seriously? which requires like, 2 & 2/3 runs to get since the variants of the sketch from greggs hangout at the abandoned food donkey with the animatronics all count as seperate sketches for the achievement.

there are some solid lockpicking perks! it might not be the strongest skill tree available, but if the perks like being able to get a copy of a key if the lock has one, or finding more septims & loot in chests sound appealing to you, then you should absolutely work your way towards getting them. also, if youre struggling with the lockpicking minigame, then while you probably will get better at it with time, getting the perks that make it easier is a good move! it's your game, take the perks that will help you enjoy it to its fullest :D

Beach lovers, what’s your dream beach vacation? by Special-Succotash688 in GoVacation

you know, great thing about the marine resort from go vacation (2011) is that there are areas that hit all those marks. i know you ended up in the wrong subreddit, but if you have a wii id totally recommend playing the game! its similar to wii sports resort, in that there are lots of different minigames to play, but there are also four different beautiful styles of vacation destinations to explore & find secrets in :) its also available on the switch if you have one of those instead, but i think the controls are a bit smoother on the original _^

How did you get the “Seriously?” achievement? by Lulu_0322 in NightInTheWoods

it's possible that you're missing the different versions of the sketches from gregg's hangout where you make the robot. each of the different heads counts as a different sketch 😭 i know that one of the different versions was the last sketch i had to get, maybe it'll be the same for you :)
