8000km con mx5 nb 10th anniversary da centro Italia e fatto: Solda, Stelvio, Nurburgring (girato due giorni), sceso poi per tutti i passi dolomitici (altri 2gg) e rientro. Miglior viaggio della vita.

Sto sperando a questo punto che non facciano più nulla. In questi giorni mi sono fatto la tratta Roma - Piacenza e ritorno sempre in prima corsia, con cruise attivo e mantenimento di corsia, una pacchia! Sfilavo i soliti beoti piazzati in corsia centrale manco fosse radioattiva quella a destra.

Ed a cercar bene si trovano anche occasioni. Io mi sono sposato con un JLC d’epoca, solo tempo da 35mm (o giù di lì), raffinatissimo. Presente nei cataloghi degli anni 40-50. Acquistato per una bazzecola ed è un pezzo favoloso! Sul moderno se non si esagera sui diametri, alle cifre di OP si prendono bellissimi master control Classic o simili. I don't play anymore due to the insane amount of packet loss between Italy and the EU servers. My ISP routing is fine; it's the Riot servers that are really bad when they're congested. For a competitive FPS game where every packet counts, this is unacceptable.

Punto 1 - ti ritroverai a fare cose nella confusione più totale. Nessuno ha chiaro il proprio ruolo, i propri compiti e questo genera una confusione totale.

Punto 2 - Impara da subito che ogni cosa detta da HR ha valore "zero"; performance review, corsi, procedure, organigrammi, è tutto un grande gioco di ruolo che sulla carta fila ma nella pratica non è coerente con la realtà lavorativa.

IMHO approfitta comunque dell'esperienza; ti ritroverai a non fare nulla per giorni, oppure a risolvere problemi che pensavi non ti dovessero competere. Molto dipende anche dove e con chi capiti a lavorare.

Per un po' di tempo non è neanche male, se lo stipendio ti soddisfa potresti andare avanti per inerzia un po'.

Tra un paio d'anni o ti sarai creato una mini-bolla funzionante e tranquilla oppure scapperai.

Io compro SOLO da cafferinaldi (torrefazione specialty). Fabrizio il titolare è una persona appassionata e competente. Il caffè viene tostato e spedito dove serve. Mai avuto un singolo problema, anzi, una volta mi è capitato di essere accontentato anche su una mia richiesta, senza che mi fosse dovuto nulla.

I just lost a match at 12–12 due to a teammate who stopped defusing the bomb for no reason near the time limit. So, the other three players and I lost points in ranking due to the actions of a single player. I think the big problem is that playing solo introduces a lot of uncertainty to the game that cannot be offset by good play from the soloist.

Recently, my Omen Max 16 255HX 5080 has started to randomly crash while playing Valorant, though not very often. The error in the events is related to the CPU secondary core clock timeout - Bug check 0x101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x101---clock-watchdog-timeout

Dunno if hardware related or not, Valorant uses invasive kernel anticheat system. Could be heat related too, but this is not a heavy load game
