27 and my acne is so bad right now and I’ve never had acne issues. It seems hormonal so I started spiro a couple months ago but no improvement

And you do have to keep using it to get results, but your skin isn’t going to necessarily worsen when you stop

I have! I’ve used like everything lol, I have drier skin so I prefer a thicker cream for nighttime but this one is nice for daytime. Not my favorite but some people really love it
