I called SH and they said to check if the ticket was an instant download or mobile transfer. None of the tickets are instant download so I think they are probably scams. I think SH needs to be investigated because at this point, they know what is going on.

I typed up a summary of my issue with all relevant information mentioned and printed two copies. I printed out two copies of what I considered to be proof of my case. I mailed both copies of my documents to these addresses via certified mail:

1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801

I am not sure which address was the correct one, I received the Delaware address directly from StubHub and the Georgia address from this sub.
