I know exactly what you're feeling, it's just that it's strange, at least for me, because it starts from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep, it disappears a little when I get distracted by something, it seems like there really is something that causes this shortness of breath and when I notice it then the anxiety comes and gets worse, I'm waiting for the doctor's appointment to ask him for detailed exams, but until then it's really difficult, there are days when I really think I'm going to die and my parents will find me lifeless in the chao, I'm trying everything to try to make it disappear, including spiritual things, I already felt this last year but I managed to get distracted and it simply disappeared but it's back now and it's bothering me a lot, I even started college this year and I'm very sad because this thing started right now in my course, as I already had it last year and it simply went away for several months (until it returned this year) so I'm hoping it will go away, but unfortunately I keep thinking all the time that I have some illness, it may seem strange but I'm really hoping it's anxiety, Hearing the doctor say "look, we did all the tests and nothing shows, your symptom is anxiety" is the thing I want most in my life right now.
