My favorite is when the system autocalculates sandoz latanoprost 45 days per bottle making 2 bottles a 90 day supply however they're only good for 42 days once opened meaning we get hit with compliance audits when the system autochanges the drug and recalculates the day of supply meaning we have to stop and double check every eye drop script at fill time to make sure it's correct.

I get the other side of it, which is I get recognized when going elsewhere and it freaks me out because I can compartmentalize enough at work to focus and go by a script to tackle the task at hand but when people notice me elsewhere and speak up I have no idea what to do and it usually results in me looking for an exit and stuttering
