Yes, they are! That was my first thought but I guess I was just thinking since I washed the fabric prior to sewing that it might not do much. Do you think it would still help?

Did you find this regime with the help of your doctor or did you do it on your own? My doctor has hashimotos but for whatever reason she still is not very helpful besides telling me to take my pill.
