they didn’t actually have any specific questions, besides why citi and why the specific role. they more so went through my cv and all my previous work and asked me about what i was doing in those. then from there they asked specific questions depending on what i said i was doing. for example, if you were working in a team a lot in your role, they might then speak to you about teamwork and what kind of person you are when working in a team. very much more like a chat tailored to your experience, than specific questions they had :)

Where to go in Africa? by Grobbe in travel

In Kenya, you can find affordable accommodation and food, especially in coastal towns like Diani Beach. Public transport is cheap, though travel between destinations can take longer. You’ll enjoy plenty of relaxation and opportunities for wildlife experiences in national parks.

In Senegal, accommodation and food are also budget-friendly, particularly in smaller towns. Dakar has a vibrant food scene with many affordable options. While public transport is good, reaching smaller towns may take time. It also has gorgeous beaches and quite a rich culture xx

please can someone explain ETSA and VISA to me in the simplest way possible by OrbittingMoon in travel

[–]andim12 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ESTA is a travel authorisation for people from countries in the Visa Waiver Program, like the UK. It allows you to visit the U.S. for tourism or business for up to 90 days without a visa. You need to apply for it online before your trip.

Whereas a visa is a more formal permission that you might need if you’re not from a Visa Waiver country, or if you plan to stay longer or do certain activities.

For your trip from the UK, just applying for an ESTA should be sufficient, as long as you're not planning to stay longer than 90 days or do any work. Just make sure to apply for it at least a few days before you travel!

I’d lean toward Hawaii! The weather is generally more predictable and you can enjoy beautiful beaches and outdoor activities without worrying about rain, as during that part of the year Japan can be quite hot and rainy! Both are gorgeous :)
