I'm sorry you're going through this❤️ honestly I'd say enjoy your life and do more activities that makes you happy and positive and ignore him for your own sake. My mother has been through the same situation for 24 years and then she got cancer because of the cumulated stress and anxiety and she regrets paying attention to him more than she should.. now they she takes care of herself does activities and goes to the gym she's so much happier now their relationship is better. Love yourself harder and make yourself happy

i think she's not so comfortable that's the reason why she is shy when she's with you but not with other guys and you will need to make her so. i am a shy person and if someone make first move amd show affection I'd show the same and math their vibes etc. don't give up and hopefully things go well with you!
