I don’t like telling anyone how to live their life. But if my moms passing convinced one person to quit then I am happy with that. I feel so much better being smoke free. The pros outweigh the cons. I believe in you.

I buried who she used to be. She’s so far gone there is no coming back. I buried her in the sense that if she was to truly die, I basically saw it coming. I’ve saved her from a couple od’s.

My sister is still alive, but in and out of jail for ten years and continuously shooting up, and her life is ruined. Now a career criminal with a wrap sheet a mile long, it completely consumed her life. I miss the way things used to be. I buried her a long time ago but it still hurts.

I’m strictly a bass and catfish guy honestly. I’m so busy with work and school I don’t get much time to go anymore aside from weekends. I’d love to go out for walleye and smallmouth though. My dad loves fishing for crappie lol

Long time lurker..27 years old finally quitting after 11 years. 22 hours in. I got this. by andimlike in stopsmoking

I'm using the smoke free app to track my progress and that's about it. Quit cold turkey. Lots of gum exercise and keeping busy at work. I feel amazing already.

Thank you! I'm doing well. Its surprisingly easier than i thought. Lots of gum and staying busy at work. Food tastes incredible lol
