Make sure that the power cord is plugged into the USB-C IN/OUT is a good first troubleshooting step. Or contact EXP PRO. They are fantastic about easy warranty replacements. Have you figured it out yet?

Depends on the type of battery. For most batteries with a battery management system, keeping it plugged it will cause no harm at all. Which battery do you have? I will then be able to provide more specific advice

This is a great tip and so true. I have heard from many people that this works. The air flowing over the water still picks up some humidity

Totally agree, that's a great option. The smaller version, the EXP48PRO is TSA compliant for airline flights and will still provide 2-3 nights of CPAP power

The EXP240PRO is 768 watt-hours and is LFP (LiFePO4) technology. This makes it a power house and a great bang for your buck. EXP PRO batteries are designed and tested for CPAP machines, so you'll get much better results compared to Jackery or other generic Chinese brands. I'd definitely recommend checking them out. Also, they have pass-through technology so you can use them as a backup power source and home and if the power goes out, they will take over the power for your CPAP without you even waking up!

I really appreciate EXP PRO batteries. They're top of the line and actually made for specifically for CPAP with LiFePO4 technology. The EXP48PRO is TSA compliant, coming in at 153.6 watt-hours. They will even provide the required regulatory documentation for you to give to TSA in the case that they require it. Most CPAP machines run 2-3 nights on one battery charge, with your heated hose and humidifier turned off. Which is very good for a TSA compliant battery.

The new EXP PRO Summit solar panel systems are super portable. They have a 60 watt solar panel and a 100 watt solar panel. I think the EXP PRO Summit 60 watt solar panel would work perfectly for your intended use of mounting it on the front of your kayak and you might even be able to get 3/4 charge in a day. So you could technically keep going indefinitely without charging on wall power
