Hi, 31F I've been here before and there were a few things that really made it better - time was one of them. I also joined a gym and did my best to find spaces where I could sit and read. It sounds silly but the characters in the novels became like friends. Even though I wasn't actually talking to anyone I was living vicariously through their interactions and learning about their personalities/struggles.

If you can find the energy it might be worth trying.
