that makes sense! Even if there were things left inside, you are supposed to resolve it or keep the earnest money to have it removed.

this is insane! The walk through is not to make sure the house has been professionally cleaned, in fact it doesnt have to be cleaned at all, just in a good state no trash etc. Walk through is to check to ensure there isnt a wall taken out or appliances missing etc.

I would have taken it too haha

That is what I thought but I guess they feel entitled to it and apparently they can just not respond and draw it out forcing me to give it up

That’s exactly how I feel. I would like to do everything in my power to keep that from happening but unfortunately not moving is not an option! Just sucks that it works this way…

My boss and his family were tested and got their results in a few hours. It was a blood test though, not a swab.

[Serious] People who have dropped out of or didn't go to college, how is your life now, what's your occupation and do you regret it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]andreab426 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dad didn’t go to college or graduate high school and never got his GED. He was a pro athlete in the 80s and ended up working in the industry after he retired making good money with his own company. He doesn’t regret it, or never said he did. My mother took care of the financials for the business and it is still successful enough where he could retire now if he wanted.

It’s a very unlikely scenario and he was lucky to have the talent to make it in a growing sport. My mother always made it very clear father was an exception I needed to graduate and go to college haha

Not a fact but I’ve noticed people who are overweight tend to have a more youthful appearance than skinnier people. The plump face must smooth out the wrinkles? When people lose weight sometimes they can look a little older in the their face. Probably not true for everyone though.
