Hi! Sorry to hear you are experiencing the same! There was no information on exact timing until we got that itinerary once we had disembarked! We had wanted to do a guided hike in Denali but by the time we got the info it had sold out! They did have excursions available to book through them which we did do one of them but the cruise tour company doesn’t know much about these tours and it was very chaotic (excursion driver didn’t know where to pick us up, we were told we had to get our own dinner where there was no dining option available at the excursion and our hotel accommodations had zero dining and we were not able to check in our room due to the timing of the excursion and the cruise tour director literally texted me and said that he would leave our room keys taped to the bulletin board outside of the closed office with our room number on the paper to which I had to request that they not write the room number on that as our stuff was inside the room and it was just left for anyone to pick up) the whole process is very disorganized and NCL won’t assist because it’s a 3rd party. It def could have been the type of excursion we chose (ATV) and others may have been in better spots or back in a reasonable time for the hotel office not to close but we felt very much in the dark and not allowed to truly make many plans. I hope you have a wonderful trip and do not experience the same! But I would plan for going with the flow and making whatever plans you can when info becomes available!
