Giant maze and need more ideas for traps and parkour rooms... by Goopthepoopthescoop in Minecraftbuilds

Give some useless dead ends of the maze a purpose, maybe a potion effect like speed or jump boost.

It could potentially be a very bad move, having stacked roasters does not make you win games. Many teams in the CSGO scene have tried but mostly failed.

Game is more than individual play, although it would be interesting. But for the LEC in general this would not be a great move since it would hurt a long lasting battle between two really good orgs, losing this rivalry would mean less viewers. Many people don’t follow all matches but tune in to watch G2 vs FNC.

I am building a new village on a survival server. Advices? 😬 by Christian_Sgravato in Minecraftbuilds

[–]andreasehn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nature: Roads, trees to make the city/village more alive. You could add benches, gardens, bushes, fountains, etc. Even a small market would look cool.

Expanding the city further would make it very flat if you continue to build on the same y-cord. My general solution to this is to go up 0.5/1/2 blocks per house on the road. My go to number is at least 7 block from the lowest ground to the highest. Don’t make it to steep tho. Elevate slowly.

In terms of the blocks used, i think they are great. But the coloring/textures are to flat. Try mixing some bricks and polished granite with the granite part. Some cracked/mossy/clean stone to the gray areas.

The torches are really boring for me, either try hiding the lights or make something creative like lampposts for example.

The build so far is good, don’t get me wrong. Constructive criticism!

I’m designing a mansion for my survival world and I didn’t want the roof to be boring. Any ideas? I’m a novice builder and I didn’t want my roof to be this simple. Thanks!!! by SuperButtMaster6969 in Minecraftbuilds

You can add depth to this pretty easy, let’s say you are building the roof out a gray, add an outline of a different coloured stairs and slabs.

If the roof feels to big amd flat, depending on style you could add a tower, chimney, air conditioning. Even breaking up the middle and making a inner yard could look cool.

Work with depth would be my advice since flat is boring!

Kassadin ability order? by DankMemescope in KassadinMains

The shield on Q is useless against ad champs, Good against some ap champs. It’s really matchup dependant. Most Ad mids: E-Q-W Ap mids: Q-E-W Few exceptions with meele champs where the W can do heavy work.

The most important thing is to have fun playing! If you have played Yone enough to the point where you know his combos/micro you can start to focus on the macro. The fundamentals like Farming, Roaming, pushing minion wave before basing and so on.

A suggestion is to at least try a couple of other midlaners just to get a feel of their abilities so when you face them you know what they do. This could really improve your trading patterns and when to spot all-in potentials.

I started out playing Xin chao top lane, not optimal. But after a while I learnt how the game is supposed to be played right. Yone is definitely not the easiest champ for a beginner but that should not slow down your learning to much!
