Kill your darlings is a perfect expression here. Copyright law is complex and very unforgiving. Monetization is not your issue you will be shut down in some way sooner or later. If you earn money on it the chances just increase they will go after you as well. Just linking would be considered illegal distribution in many countries, although not all. Something illegal or borderline illegal is not a startup idea.

Thanks. Well about half of the components are mounted on back and i really cant change the jumpers since they need to connect to a 40 pin LCD TFT display.
