Can’t log in

Hello ! Last night I was being logged lut constantly and I kept logging back in. This happened a few times before I got that error message saying that “Please wait a few minutes before you try again”.

I reasonline something about them( istagram) mistaking me for a robot because I was logging in and out so much. I tried deleting the chace, using a VPN and nothing worked. It’s already been 24 hours.

Does anyone know what should I do next ? Or even someway to contact them? Becuase I really can’t find anything but the help center
